Where to eat
Among the main dishes of the house, are the Veal and Kid roasted in the traditional wood oven, the Rojões à Portuguesa, the Codfish à Minhota and Ramalho, the typical green stock, as well as the starters as the traditional sausages. By order, we highlight the Cabidela Rice and the "Cozido à Portuguesa" (Portuguese Stew).
To accompany the dishes, Adega Ramalho has a wine list of reference, where we highlight the regional wine of the house. Besides the partnerships with local producers, Adega Ramalho also has its own produced wine. The red wine is produced from selected grapes from the Vinhão, Padeiro de Basto and Touriga Francesa grape varieties.
